About the Painting:
I took a float trip down the entire length of the Grand Canyon with the University of Arizona Alumni Association. It was an amazing trip full of extremes: extreme beauty, extreme heat and extreme cold - the water was 39 degrees! This painting was from the best view of the canyon - right in the middle. I feel It shows the color, the contrast, the texture and the grander of the canyon that I felt on that trip.
“Grand Canyon - Old Glory,” is an original acrylic on canvas painting. It is framed with a simple frame that subtly accents the colors of the canyon, ready to hang.
